The sessions are held virtually, using real-time editing and individualized face-to face meetings via collaborative video conferencing platforms. Parents can also join meetings from work or travel. We have found that our clients appreciate the comfort of working from home, and parents appreciate the convenience of not having to drive their students to meetings.

The college application process is highly nuanced. Highlighting a student's best talents is our specialty.  Families experience a tremendous amount of stress surrounding the application process: parents nagging their kids to “get it done,” students overwhelmed by academic and extracurricular obligations, financial concerns, etc.  We help alleviate the stress with our expertise by creating a timeline, managing deadlines, and planning options for financial aid, scholarships, and grants.

School counselors are working so hard in our schools, in addition to managing course scheduling, student mental health, safety issues, and impossible student loads, they have limited time for one-on-one personalized college application help. We take the time to really get to know our clients and provide them with a bespoke experience that highlights their skills, extracurriculars, academic record, and personality. We work directly with parents to understand their needs, curate a college list, assist with FAFSA application and financial aid and scholarships.

Ideally, when students are rising freshmen, we like to meet to discuss overall goals, and class selection. This early intervention allows us to tailor your student’s activities, curriculum, and extracurriculars to maximize their resume.  However, our service are commonly requested for last minute assistance.

We specialize in working with students with varying exceptionalities, such as ASD/Aspergers, processing disabilities, dyslexia, etc  to not only reflect potential concerns in the application, but also arrange for necessary accommodations for their college years. We are also experts in locating financial assistance for those struggling with exceptionalities.

We also work with adults who are interested in career redirection, job-specific resume services, active duty military members and veterans to tailor their training and skills for civilian work, and college or professional athletes and their spouses and families for success after sports.
